Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to Hyde Park and public transport, making it easy to navigate London. While the cleanliness of the rooms was appreciated, the lack of basic comforts and the misleading descriptions of the apartments were quite disappointing. The facilities seemed to need a bit more attention, particularly the kitchens, which were lacking in essentials. Not the ideal choice for a comfortable stay if you’re expecting more than what you pay for.
My stay at this hotel was quite a mixed bag. While the location is absolutely perfect with Hyde Park just around the corner and easy access to public transport, the room I had was disappointing and not as advertised. The staff were mostly friendly, but there were some service hiccups that made things a bit frustrating. Overall, it felt like the place had potential, but it needs a lot of TLC to get back to a good standard.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the city, and the staff at reception were friendly and helpful. However, the room was too small and had a peculiar smell, which really detracted from the stay. Additionally, the amenities and overall upkeep left much to be desired, making it hard to feel comfortable.
The hotel was in a perfect spot near Hyde Park and close to transportation options, making it easy to explore London. While the room we initially had was quite cramped and below street level, the upgrade offered a better experience. The service from the staff was generally supportive, but some were indifferent at times. Overall, it feels like there's potential, but improvements are needed for a more satisfactory stay.
The hotel had a great location, being quite close to two tube stations and Hyde Park, which made getting around London easy. My room was clean and fairly comfortable, but it could use some updates as it felt quite cramped. The facilities were basic, and I found the overall experience to be reasonable, but it didn't exceed my expectations. The lack of proper kitchen utensils and the noise levels throughout the building were a bit frustrating.
